We said we would never move unless we bought a building, so when the opportunity came to buy the former Gauthier’s Pharmacy building across the street, we jumped on it. We are very excited to invite you to see our new, completely renovated space at the end of October!
The official moving day is October 26th so by Monday, the 28th we’ll be in good shape to continue business (mostly) as usual in the new space.
We’ll remain open (in one or both locations) right up until the last paint brush and frame sample is moved. And, we’ll be framing right up to, during and after the move.
The new space, while being slightly smaller, will be set up in a more open layout allowing us to more easily frame larger items. The much taller ceiling will allow us to display larger local art as well. The art supplies will expand upward with a larger array of canvas sizes, pen assortments, easels, and much more.
At the time of this post we have about 2 weeks to go so the push is on. We would like to thank the following contractors and businesses for help making this happen…
- Jeremy Brill and crew (Larry, Bruce and Brian) of JB Carpentry in Waterford.
- Ray and Tonya of Painless Glass of Lyndonville
- Craig of Mayos Furniture and Flooring of St. Johnsbury
- Allen Lumber
- Keith Isham Plumbing of Concord
- Katrina of the Sewing Studio of St. Johnsbury
See you soon at 415 Railroad Street in St. Johnsbury!
