Bring in the art/memento/object you would like framed
We ask A LOT of questions about the piece. Things like:
Who it’s for (is it a gift or for your home?)
What is the significance of the piece and the story behind it?
The environment where it will be displayed
Does it need to match or coordinate with another piece or style?
We use all that information to then whittle down the choices to the most appropriate ones for your unique art.

We select your final choices & take a deposit
We price out the design (or designs) that we’ve narrowed down to and go over any variables like glazing choices or special features needed.
We take a deposit and have the invoice signed acknowledging that the order can’t be changed once placed due to the custom nature of the work.

In 2-3 Weeks your order is ready for pickup
Once all the materials are on hand we get to work cutting and building the frame and mats for the project.
We determine the least invasive method of mounting the art or object into the frame stack. We cut the glazing then assemble the materials in whichever manner is necessary for the particular project. Then a dust cover and hanging hardware are attached to the back.
Final steps! It gets packaged in a plastic bag (waterproofing because… water) & corner protectors then we call you to celebrate that it’s ready for pick up.
